19.11.2024
On November 12, 2024, a hybrid workshop took place at the World Bank Group’s office in Dushanbe, co-hosted by the E-GATE Project and the World Bank in Tajikistan. Dunyo Cargo representatives were invited as logistics and e-commerce experts to share solutions that support cross-border trade, digital logistics, and export growth.
This high-level event brought together both in-person and online participants, allowing regional exporters and entrepreneurs to engage directly with industry leaders and gain practical insights into international shipping, customs procedures, and e-commerce logistics.
Comprehensive Logistics Solutions for Exporters and Online Sellers
During the session, Masudbek Jumonqulov, CEO of Dunyo Group, and Kosimbek Abdurahimov, Head of Business Development and E-Commerce, presented a full spectrum of logistics services tailored to the needs of exporters and e-commerce sellers in Central Asia.
Their presentation covered every stage of the logistics cycle, from the first to the last mile, including:
- Fulfillment and warehousing services
- International air, road, and multimodal freight solutions
- Customs clearance and cross-border trade compliance
- Digital integration with online marketplaces

Consolidation and digital integration: reducing costs, increasing speed
One of the key topics discussed was airfreight consolidation, a cost-saving solution allowing small-volume exporters to ship goods together to major global e-commerce hubs. Dunyo Cargo enables consolidated shipments from Tajikistan to international fulfillment centers, accelerating delivery while minimizing logistics expenses.
The company also emphasized its readiness for full digital integration with marketplaces and logistics partners, offering APIs and IT solutions to automate order processing, tracking, and customs procedures.
